Miraculously, it appears everything is intact (though the bags themselves are massively battered). American Airlines owes you free rides for life, Lauren. And actually, I really appreciate your and Ted's horror stories, because I'd more or less given up hope we'd get them back, so it was kind of a nice surprise they actually turned up.
