Um Halifax is nice. People are friendly, an...So...<br /><br />Um Halifax is nice. People are friendly, and it's a bit conservative socially so it shouldn't be too shocking to Americans.<br /><br />On the other hand, Montreal is the best city in North America, and there is a great scene there for hip artists and writers.<br /><br />On yet another hand, Alberta is the most conservative province, so if we're going to have a flood of American liberals we should probably send them there.
